Semajorie Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization
focused on bringing awareness of Sarcoidosis and all other autoimmune diseases to the
community.. The mission of our organization is to provide free healthcare services to our
community. Our goal is to educate our community about their health with free health

purpose of this blog spot is to help bring awareness and find a cure
through
research
for Sarcoidosis and other auto-immune diseases. It has been my life dream to
establish
an foundation that will enable me to bring awareness to the disease
Sarcoidosis.
I
was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis in 2007 and by 2010 I was told I had a life
expectancy
of
five years. I am currently a candidate for a double lung transplant at Temple
University
Hospital.
I want to have the opportunity to be able to help any and everyone who has
healthcare
issues in all communities. I believe I can achieve and succeed in the promise
to
make this world a better place.
Your

providing
healthcare services to citizens who are in need of medical assistance.

medical
equipment,
healthcare specialists, patient transportation and volunteer workers. Semajorie

Foundation will take pride in educating our community by providing one on one
consultations
about the new healthcare programs as well as provide discount programs for
prescriptions
and referrals to preapprove specialists.
